p  Oil equipment manufacturing and repairing is performed in own workshops located at Isalnita, Craiova.

Mechanical workshops endowment:

n  Alternative saw (4 pcs.) for profiles with diameter up to 300 mm;

n  Guillotine shears for plates with thickness up to 16 mm and width of plate sheets up to  3200 mm;

n  Guillotine for thin plate up to 6 mm;

n  ABKANT press– assure bending under different angles of plates with thickness up to 16 mm and length of 3000 mm;

n  Rolling equipment with 3 cylinders for shell courses with thickness up to 22 mm, plate width  of 3150 mm and minimum diameter for shell courses of 360 mm;

n  Bevelling equipment at different angles for plates with max. thickness of 30 mm and lengths of 6000 mm;

n  Carusel turning machine Ф 4000 SK, that assure machining at diameters up to 4000 mm for parts with max. height of 2500 mm;

n  Cold pipes bending machine – assure bending of pipes with diam of max. 100 mm;

n  Invertors , motor-generator type welding machines;  

n  Semiautomat welding machines MIG – MAG; 

n  Welding equipment with inert gas ;

n  Mobile sandblasting equipment with sand (dry sandblasting);

n  Painting equipment performed within a dedicated painting room. We have available also a mobile painting equipment with electro compressor. For assemblies, subassemblies with max. sizes of 3000*3000*6000 mm, painting is performed in painting cabine provided with water screen.

p  Non-destructive examinations of welds:

n  RT (Gamma Rays) (4 equipment) – for checking of welds with thickness up to 40 mm;

n  PT;

n  MT;

n  UT.

p  Transportation facilities:

n  Auto and by railway directly from workshops.

Endowment of Electroenergetic workshop:

n  Testing stand and different devices and tools for checking electrical items on technological route path;

n  Installation for oil reclaiming;

n  Furnaces for insulation drying;

n  Underpressure soaking installation that assure introduction in oven of items with diameter up to 2200 mm and length of 2500 mm;

n  Drying furnaces for engines and electrical converters or with steam – 3 pcs;

n  Spooling machines for engines and electrical converters – 4 pcs.

n  Shaping machine for high power wind up (wire);

n  Extractor for rotor bars;

n  Dodged-up and hold pressing machine;

n  Press for clear of freet spool and for punching up the core trays;

n  Balancing machine for rotors with load up to 2300 kg.
